These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Email Doctor” function in the Anglo Doctors in Israel (“we”, “our”, or “us”) directory. By using this function, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Service

• Anglo Doctors in Israel provides a directory service only to help patients find and contact English-speaking doctors in Israel.

• The “Email Doctor” function allows you to send a direct message to a doctor listed in the directory.

• Anglo Doctors in Israel does not provide medical advice, treatment, or referrals.

2. Direct Communication

• When you use the “Email Doctor” function, your message is sent directly to the doctor’s contact email address as provided in their profile.

• Anglo Doctors in Israel does not read, store, monitor, or have access to the content of these communications.

• We cannot guarantee that your message will be received, read, or replied to by the doctor.

3. Collection of Metadata

• ​To operate the system securely and prevent spam, we collect limited technical and routing metadata, including:

  • Your email address

  • The doctor you are contacting

  • The date and time of the attempted message

  • reCAPTCHA verification status

  • System logs required for security and abuse prevention

• We do not store, process, or have access to the content of your message.
  Content is transmitted directly to the doctor and is not retained in our systems.

3. No Medical Liability

• Any communication, advice, or treatment that results from contacting a doctor through our directory is strictly between you and that doctor.

• Anglo Doctors in Israel does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the medical qualifications, advice, or services provided by any doctor listed.

• We accept no liability for any medical, professional, or personal outcomes that may result from using the “Email Doctor” function.

4. Appropriate Use

• You agree to use the “Email Doctor” function only for legitimate purposes related to seeking medical consultation or information.

• You must not use the service for spam, harassment, or inappropriate messages.

• The system allows for each user to send a total of 3 messages to doctors per 24 hour period.

• Anglo Doctors in Israel reserves the right to restrict or block access if the function is misused.

5. Privacy

• Your message content is not stored by Anglo Doctors in Israel.

• Please do not include sensitive personal or medical information unless you are comfortable sharing it directly with the doctor.

6. Changes to Terms

• Anglo Doctors in Israel may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
