Directory Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership and participation in the Anglo Doctors in Israel (“we”, “our”, or “us”) directory. By registering for an account, submitting your profile, or maintaining a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals who are licensed medical doctors in Israel or abroad.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (including medical license details) is accurate and up to date.
Anglo Doctors in Israel reserves the right to request proof of credentials and to refuse or remove membership if eligibility is not met.

2. Membership

We offer both free and paid membership tiers.
Benefits of each tier are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
By signing up, you agree to these Terms, as well as to our Privacy Policy.
Paid membership fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Profile Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you submit to your profile.
You grant Anglo Doctors in Israel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish your submitted information on the directory.
You must not include unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content in your profile.
Anglo Doctors in Israel may edit, remove, or suspend content that violates these Terms or our policies.

4. Use of Information

Information you provide will be displayed publicly in the directory as per your submission.
Anglo Doctors in Israel does not take responsibility for how patients or third parties use publicly available information.

5. Communications

By registering, you agree that we may contact you about your account, membership, or relevant updates.
You may also choose to opt in to receive sponsored or partner communications (see Privacy Policy).

6. Professional Responsibility

Anglo Doctors in Israel provides a directory service only.
We do not verify or guarantee the quality of medical care provided by any member, nor do we mediate patient–doctor interactions.
Each doctor is fully responsible for their own professional practice, compliance with medical laws, and patient interactions.
Anglo Doctors in Israel is not liable for medical advice, services, or outcomes that result from patient–doctor connections made through the directory.

7. Payments and Billing

If you select a paid membership, you authorize us or our third-party providers to process payment securely.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or removal of your profile.

8. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@anglodoctorsisrael.com.
Anglo Doctors in Israel may suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the directory.
Upon termination, your public profile will be removed from the directory.

9. Limitation of Liability

Anglo Doctors in Israel is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your membership, your participation in the directory, or your interactions with patients or third parties.
We make no guarantees regarding patient referrals, visibility, or outcomes resulting from your membership.

10. Changes to Terms

Anglo Doctors in Israel may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the directory after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
