ABOUT THE DOCTOR
From 2018 to 2024, Dr. Benson served as a senior physician in the Institute of Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases at Hadassah Medical Center. He currently heads the Endoscopy Unit at Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Benson lectures in Internal Medicine at the Hebrew University and plays an active role in medical education and professional development. He serves on the admissions committee of the Hebrew University Faculty of Medicine, oversees gastroenterology and hepatology teaching during the clinical years, and is Secretary of the Advanced Endoscopy Forum of the Israeli Association of Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases.
