ABOUT THE DOCTOR
Professor Kashuk is a highly experienced general surgeon with over 40 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience in surgery and surgical critical care.
After completing his surgical training in the United States, he made Aliyah to Israel in December 1995. During the outbreak of the Second Intifada in 2000, he was called upon by Ichilov Hospital and the Rabin Medical Center Trauma Unit to provide expert care for patients injured in terror-related trauma.
In 2004, Professor Kashuk returned to the United States to further his academic career. He rose through the academic ranks and was appointed Professor of Surgery at Penn State University in 2010. In 2012, he made Aliyah with his family.
Professor Kashuk has extensive expertise across all areas of general surgery, acute care surgery, and surgical critical care.
Professor Kashuk sees private patients in his clinics in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and performs surgical operations in three facilities in Central Israel: Assuta Tel Aviv Medical Center, Herzliya Medical Center and Atidim Medical Center.
