Dr. Melanie Mund is a board-certified Obstetrician–Gynecologist in both the United States and Israel. She currently serves as an attending physician and gynecologic surgeon at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.

With extensive experience in both clinical practice and medical education, Dr. Mund previously worked as an attending physician in the United States and later as a Clinical Instructor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale School of Medicine, where she trained residents and medical students while continuing to provide comprehensive patient care.

In 2023, Dr. Mund made aliyah and now lives in Jerusalem with her family. Her practice is defined by a compassionate, patient-centered approach and a strong commitment to empowering women through expert, individualized care across all stages of life. Her background in bioethics further shapes her work, ensuring that medical decisions are evidence-based, ethically grounded, and culturally sensitive.
