Dr. Sarah Reinstein is a board-certified general adult psychiatrist in both the United States and Israel. She practices at Machon Dvir in Ra’anana and is also on staff at Sheba Medical Center.

Dr. Reinstein is a graduate of Yeshiva University – Stern College for Women and earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her psychiatry residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Prior to making aliyah in 2020, she served as Chief of the Women’s Inpatient Unit at Zucker Hillside Hospital.

Clinically, Dr. Reinstein treats a wide range of psychiatric conditions in both men and women, with a particular focus on women’s mental health. She has experience working with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her clinical and research interests include women’s mental health and the intergenerational transmission of trauma.

Dr. Reinstein works with both English- and Hebrew-speaking patients and is known for her thoughtful, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
