Dr. Shilo Kramer is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician based in Israel. He made Aliyah from Woodmere, New York.

He is trained in Oncological Rehabilitation, having completed his fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in New York, and is one of the only oncological rehabilitation physicians in Israel.

Dr. Kramer serves as Director of Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Residency Program Director, and International Volunteer Program Director at the Harvey & Gloria Kaylie Rehabilitation Medical Center, part of ADI Negev–Nahalat Eran, located near Ofakim in the north-western Negev.

In addition, he practices regenerative sports medicine and is highly proficient in ultrasound-guided injections.

Payment is made directly by the patient at the visit. A receipt is provided for submission to private insurance for reimbursement.
