BIO:
Dr. Adelsky is a U.S.-trained, U.S. board-certified psychiatrist specialising in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry.
He made aliyah from Boston in 2018 and runs a private practice in Ra’anana, treating children, teens, adults, gap-year students, and young professionals. He is trained in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, family therapy, and medication management, and takes an integrative, patient-centred approach, collaborating closely with therapists, families, and other clinicians.

Dr. Adelsky completed his adult psychiatry residency and child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Harvard Medical School–affiliated Cambridge Health Alliance, with additional training at MIT Mental Health, McLean Hospital, and The Meadows. He graduated from Brown University’s medical school (AOA, Gold Humanism) and holds a B.A. with honours and an MPP from the University of Michigan.

He also maintains a part-time academic appointment at Cambridge Health Alliance, where he teaches and supervises Harvard trainees.
