Dr. Stiebel, received his Doctor of Medicine from the Chicago Medical School. He completed a combined Internal Medicine/Psychiatry residency at Chicago Medical School and the University of Minnesota with a Fellowship in Medical Psychiatry. He is retired after 38 years from the US Navy. Board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry, he specializes in medically complex patients.
With extensive pyscho-pharmacology experience, he works at the interface of medicine and psychiatry.
